California state law states that you must have 100 feet of clearance around all structures, Clearance around propane tanks, driveways and roads 30' on both sides on your property. All trees within the 100 foot circles needs to be skirted 8-10 feet up from the ground. All dead and down vegetation must be cleared, and will be put into a pile that can be burned during the winter months, if its a burn day. We can burn as we clear, or you can see our rates for hauling it off to the dump. Located in the "Haul Away" prices located in the "Other" options. We can Chip Material as we go or after. Most often insurance companies are now requiring 150-200 feet of defensible space, similar to the state law. if you want or need more than the 100 feet, you will need to let us know at booking.
